October 2026 Newsletter

Welcome Woo Woo Seekers

October has a way of inviting us to look a little deeper.

The days grow shorter, the air shifts, and somehow this time of year seems to make us a little more aware of endings, change, mystery, and the things we may not always be able to explain.

And that feels especially fitting for where our conversations are taking us this month.

We’ll begin with The Death Realm, exploring death not simply as an ending, but as a realm of release. From there, we move into The Transition Realm, where the focus shifts from what is ending to what may be becoming.

And then, in true October fashion, we decided to change things up a bit. This month we are setting aside Messages in Motion and bringing you our experiences from places that have a rich history, sharing some of their own experiences with these places, what happened, what we noticed, what we felt, and the questions we were left with afterward.

Thank you, for joining us on another adventure.

Astrology Aspects

Astrology aspects are like conversations between the planets. Sometimes they whisper, sometimes they nudge, and sometimes they shout, all shaping the energy we feel in our daily lives. Understanding these aspects can help you work with the cosmic flow instead of against it, making the most of each day’s opportunities and challenges.

In this section, we’ll highlight key aspects for the days ahead, share what they might mean for you, and offer ways to navigate them with intention. Think of it as a friendly weather report for your soul, helping you know when to dance in the rain and when to bask in the sun.

October 3 — Venus Retrograde in Scorpio

Venus turns retrograde in Scorpio, inviting us to take a deeper look at love, relationships, money, self-worth, and what we truly value. Scorpio takes us beneath the surface, bringing attention to themes of trust, intimacy, attachment, vulnerability, and the things we may be holding onto. When Venus moves backward into Libra later in the month, the focus shifts from uncovering what is underneath to examining whether there is balance in what we give and receive. Together, these two signs ask us not only what we value, but whether our relationships and choices still reflect those values.

  • Woo Woo Tip: Let Scorpio help you uncover what is really beneath an attachment, desire, or relationship pattern. When Venus returns to Libra, bring what you discovered back to the scales and ask whether it feels mutual, fair, and balanced.

  • Journal Prompt: What am I discovering about what I truly value, and where might I need to restore balance between what I give, what I receive, and what I deserve?

October 10 — New Moon at 17° Libra (10:50 AM CDT)

The New Moon in Libra invites us to plant new intentions around balance, relationships, fairness, and the way we meet others without losing ourselves in the process. But with Libra’s ruling planet, Venus, currently retrograde in Scorpio, this New Moon may be less about rushing toward something new and more about recognizing what needs to change first. Pay attention to where you’ve been over-giving, avoiding conflict, or compromising yourself simply to keep the peace. Sometimes creating harmony isn’t about making everyone happy, it’s about creating relationships where both sides have room to be heard, valued, and supported.

  • Woo Woo Tip: Before setting an intention for what you want from someone else, consider what you want to bring into your relationships yourself. Choose intentions that create reciprocity rather than simply keeping the peace.

  • Journal Prompt: Where in my life am I being asked to create a healthier balance between honoring my own needs and making space for the needs of others?

October 15 — Pluto Stations Direct at 3° Aquarius

After moving retrograde since May, Pluto stations direct in Aquarius, beginning a slow shift from inner transformation toward outward change. Pluto deals with power, truth, endings, rebirth, and the deeper changes that reshape us over time, while Aquarius brings attention to freedom, community, individuality, and the future. What has been changing quietly beneath the surface may now begin to show itself in more tangible ways. Don't expect everything to move overnight (Pluto moves slowly) but notice where you feel more ready to act on something you've already been transforming within yourself.

  • Woo Woo Tip: Don't force the next chapter simply because things are moving forward again. Look at what you've learned over the past several months and take one intentional step that reflects who you are becoming.

  • Journal Prompt: What has quietly changed within me over the past several months, and how am I ready to begin living that change more openly?

October 23 — Sun Enters Scorpio

The Sun moves into Scorpio, shifting the season from Libra's focus on balance and relationships toward something deeper and more introspective. Scorpio encourages us to look beneath the surface at what we may normally avoid, this can include our attachments, fears, desires, boundaries, and the parts of ourselves ready for transformation. Over the next several weeks, pay attention to what is asking to be understood rather than pushed away. Scorpio season reminds us that sometimes moving forward requires being willing to release what we've already outgrown.

  • Woo Woo Tip: Get curious about what lies beneath your reactions. Instead of immediately trying to change an uncomfortable feeling, ask what it may be trying to show you.

  • Journal Prompt: What am I ready to look at more honestly, and what might become possible if I stop avoiding it?

A little extra Woo: Around the same time, retrograde Venus moves extremely close to the Sun from our viewpoint here on Earth. Astrologers call this a Venus cazimi. You can think of it as the Sun shining a bright light on everything Venus represents, things like our relationships, values, self-worth, money, and what we truly desire. Because Venus is currently retrograde, this moment may offer a little more clarity about something we've been reconsidering or questioning. It doesn't necessarily give us all the answers, but it may help us recognize what truly matters to us.

October 24 — Mercury Retrograde at 21° Scorpio

Mercury turns retrograde in Scorpio, beginning a period of reviewing how we think, communicate, make decisions, and interpret the information around us. While Mercury retrograde often asks us to slow down and double-check the details, Scorpio encourages us to take a deeper look. Conversations may need to be revisited, information we may have overlooked suddenly become important, or we may begin questioning something we thought we already understood. Instead of assuming you have the whole story, use this time to listen carefully, ask better questions, and stay open to seeing something from a different perspective.

  • Woo Woo Tip: Slow down before reacting to something you hear, read, or assume. There may be another layer to the story that hasn't revealed itself yet.

  • Journal Prompt: What conversation, decision, or belief might I need to revisit with a deeper understanding than I had the first time?

October 25 — Full Hunter’s Moon at 2° Taurus (11:11 PM CDT)

The Full Moon in Taurus shines a light on what makes us feel safe, secure, valued, and grounded. Taurus reminds us that security isn't only about money or what we own. It can also be found in our sense of self-worth, the stability we create for ourselves, and knowing what we truly value. With the Sun sitting opposite the Moon in Scorpio, we're being asked to find balance between holding onto what provides stability and allowing ourselves to release what we've outgrown. Something may be reaching a point of completion or becoming clearer, giving us an opportunity to recognize what is truly worth carrying forward and what we're ready to leave behind.

This October Full Moon is traditionally known as the Hunter's Moon, a name connected to the time of year when people historically prepared for the winter ahead. Symbolically, it gives us another question to consider: What do I need in order to feel prepared, supported, and secure as I move into the next season of my life?

  • Woo Woo Tip: Take inventory of what makes you feel genuinely secure. Notice the difference between something that provides stability and something you're simply afraid to let go of.

  • Journal Prompt: What am I holding onto because it truly supports me, and what am I ready to release because I've outgrown it?

Tarot Tidbits

The Fool’s Journey – Justice

Justice represents the uncompromising law of cause and effect, moral integrity, and the objective truth that brings order to the cosmos. Where the Wheel of Fortune represents the fluid, unpredictable turns of fate and cosmic cycles, Justice arrives to establish absolute equilibrium. Standing in the heart of the Major Arcana, this card demands clear perception, radical self-honesty, and accountability for every thought, word, and action. It reminds us that truth is not a matter of personal perspective or emotional preference, but an energetic reality that seeks balance. Justice speaks to the weigh-house of the soul, contracts, legal matters, and karmic alignment. It asks us to strip away excuses, face the consequences of our choices with quiet dignity, and align our inner truth with our outward life.

Justice Reversed

Signals a period where you may be experiencing unfairness, bias, or an agonizing sense of imbalance. It manifests in two distinct ways: either as being on the receiving end of injustice, false accusations, or harsh judgment from others, or as a refusal to take accountability for your own mistakes, shifting blame onto external circumstances to avoid facing the truth. This reversal suggests a internal dishonesty or a trial where the outcome feels delayed, compromised, or fundamentally unfair. It is a stark reminder that running from accountability only prolongs your karmic lessons, while harboring resentment over unfair treatment corrodes your own peace. It asks you to examine where you are lying to yourself, repair where you have caused harm, and trust that ultimate spiritual justice operates on a timeline far broader than human courts.

Symbolism & Landscape

The card depicts a commanding figure seated between two heavy stone pillars, representing the dualities of the physical world—mercy and severity, light and shadow, conscious and subconscious. Behind her hangs a bright Purple Veil, symbolizing divine wisdom, spiritual authority, and the protection of inner truth from outer distraction.

In her right hand, she holds a double-edged Sword of Truth pointed straight up toward the heavens. The double edge signifies that truth cuts both ways: it defends the innocent while cutting away illusions, excuses, and falsehoods. Held upright, the sword demonstrates that reason, clarity, and higher law govern her decisions, requiring an unyielding mind.

In her left hand, she holds balanced Golden Scales, representing the weighing of evidence, karmic balance, and the careful measurement of cause and effect. The scales sit perfectly horizontal, showing that her judgment is untouched by prejudice, desire, or emotional impulse.

She wears a Red Robe trimmed with a green clasp and a Square Crown with a blue jewel. Red signifies active passion, energy, and real-world action, while the green clasp symbolizes heart-centered wisdom and compassion balancing strict cold logic. The square crown represents structured earthly stability, and the blue jewel represents clarity of thought, intuition, and divine inspiration.

A single Clothed Foot peeks out from beneath her robe, resting firmly on the stone floor, signifying that her decisions are grounded in the physical world and carry real, tangible consequences.

Justice in Everyday Life

In Love: Upright, this card points to fairness, mutual respect, and absolute honesty as the foundation of a partnership. It can indicate a formal commitment, marriage, legal agreements, or a relationship where both partners are held accountable to high ethical standards. Reversed, it warns of codependency, one-sided effort, lying, or holding past mistakes over your partner's head. It calls for immediate transparency and addressing underlying dishonesty before trust dissolves completely.

In Finances: Your relationship with money requires strict accuracy, clear legal standing, and ethical decisions. Upright, it indicates favorable outcomes in contracts, fair settlements, balanced budgets, and being rewarded in direct proportion to the effort you have invested. Reversed, it warns of shady dealings, hidden fees, unfair contracts, or paying the price for past financial negligence or risky shortcuts. It demands a rigorous review of your books and absolute financial integrity.

In Career: You are being called to act with absolute professionalism, integrity, and objectivity. Upright, it points to performance reviews, contract negotiations, legal disputes, or stepping into a role where you must make unbiased decisions or settle conflicts fairly. Reversed, it suggests unfair workplace practices, being scapegoated for someone else's mistake, or cutting corners on a project that will come back to haunt you. It advises keeping meticulous records and staying entirely above board.

In Spiritual Growth: This card is a profound invitation to align with spiritual law and practice radical self-honesty. Upright, it encourages you to clear your karmic debts, live according to your true values, and recognize how past choices have shaped your current reality. Reversed, it is a reminder that spiritual maturity requires owning your shadows, forgiving yourself and others for past misalignments, and understanding that absolute balance cannot be restored until you stop making excuses for where you have strayed from your own truth.

Episode 53—The Death Realm

Every time you outgrow a version of yourself, end a chapter, or carry the quiet weight of grief... you're visiting The Death Realm, a realm that you visit more than you think. In this episode, we take the fear out of the conversation and explore what it really means to release whether it’s identities we shed, the wisdom found at the threshold, or why letting go isn't the opposite of living. It's the sacred rhythm that makes every new beginning possible.

Episode 54— The Transitional Realm

Have you ever stood in a place where the old version of your life was clearly over, but the new one hadn't shown up yet? This week, we're exploring The Transitional Realm, it’s that space between release and becoming. We'll look at why uncertainty can actually be part of transformation, why identity needs time to settle, and why the void may not be empty at all, but a place where something new is quietly taking shape beneath the surface. Because sometimes you don't need to know exactly where you're going. You just need the next step.

Episode 55 — Seeing for Ourselves: The Legend vs. the Experience

We’ve all heard the stories, the haunted locations, lingering spirits, and strange experiences people swear happened there. In Seeing for Ourselves: The Legend vs. the Experience, we look at the history and ghost stories behind places we’ve personally visited, then compare the legends with what we actually noticed, felt, and experienced.

No equipment. No investigation. Just the stories, the place, and our own experience of being there.

Episode 56 —The Mark of the Witch

What if a simple mark on your body could have once been considered proof that you were a witch? In this special Halloween episode, we follow the chilling history of the witch’s mark from Scotland to England to Salem, then explore how those same ideas have evolved into modern-day witch markings.

Welcome to The Astral Travel Academy

Astral Academy: Stepping into Phase 2

Now that we have established the foundational doorways in Phase 1 we learned how to reach the hypnagogic threshold and now we are stepping into Phase 2: Holding Through Disruption.

If Phase 1 was about getting your system to rest quietly at the doorway, Phase 2 is about building the stamina to stay there when internal noise, nervous system flinches, or sensory distractions try to pull you back out. Each of these guided practices continues to utilize our custom 4 Hz binaural frequency to keep your body locked in deep relaxation while your consciousness stays alert. Plug in your headphones to get the full effect of the 4 Hz audio anchor.

Here is what is coming up in Phase 2:

Episode 2.1: The Frequency Shield

Building directly on Episode 1.2 (The Phasing Mirror), this exercise is tailored for visual and auditory processors using pure sound and vibrational resonance. It creates a protective, harmonic barrier around your awareness to isolate your field from sudden room noises or sensory flinches. Coming Oct. 4th.

Episode 2.2: The Emotional Anchor

Building on Episode 1.4 (Somatic Expansion) for kinesthetic and feeling-based processors, this physical technique skips mental visualizations and works directly through subtle body gestures. It pairs somatic expansion with a simple thumb-to-forefinger anchor, giving you an immediate physical trigger to ground and stabilize your state when emotional or physical jitters surface. Coming Oct. 11th.

Episode 2.3: Energy Dynamo

Building on Episode 1.1 (The Focus 10 Gateway), this high-structure, mental-engineering practice is built specifically for analytical thinkers who thrive on structured visualization work. By drawing and circulating mental currents through an energy-conversion framework, it turns active focus into a stabilizing fuel source so your analytical mind remains tethered without waking the body back up. Coming Oct. 18th.

Episode 2.4: The Neutral Void

Building on Episode 1.3 (The Threshold Countdown), this practice is built for rhythmic processors and those who struggle with mental drifting or sudden reactivity. It shifts from counting to a neutral breath-monitoring anchor, using that same steady, repetitive mechanism to hold your awareness in a quiet, unshakeable state of neutral observation right at the threshold. Coming Oct. 25th.
