Astral Travel Academy

There is no single "right" way out of the body.

Most tutorials force you into one specific visualization or breathing trick, and if it doesn't work, you're left wondering if you're just not capable of it. We don't buy that. Everyone processes subtle energy differently, some people feel it in their body, some see it, some hear it, and some need a structured, step-by-step framework.

That’s why we built the Astral Academy as a complete, progressive curriculum. We’ve organized the journey into four personal learning styles so you can find the exact tools, techniques, and doorways that work for your unique mind and system:

  • The Analytical Path: Structural, energy-engineering, and mental frameworks.

  • The Visual Path: Image-based, sensory phasing, and clear observation techniques.

  • The Movement Path: Rhythmic, breath-anchored, and vestibular motion techniques.

  • The Tactile Path: Somatic, body-sensing, and physical feeling techniques.

Every meditation is layered with a custom 4 Hz theta binaural frequency to keep your physical body in deep, restorative relaxation while your awareness stays sharp and awake.

(Stereo headphones are required for the binaural audio to function properly!)

Phase 1 - Hypnagogia

The foundation of conscious projection is learning how to drop the physical body into sleep while keeping consciousness wide awake. Phase 1 provides four distinct entry points rooted in different perceptual styles.

  • Episode 1.1: The Focus 10 Gateway

If you’re an analytical, structured thinker:

We use a Monroe-inspired approach that combines deep physical relaxation with a mental energy conversion box to help you systematically quiet the physical body while keeping your awareness alert.

  • Episode 1.2: The Phasing Mirror

If you process through sight and sound:

Inspired by Swedenborg and modern phasing techniques, this practice teaches you to passively observe the quiet static behind your eyelids until it forms a stable, navigable scene.

  • Episode 1.3: The Threshold Countdown

If you tend to drift off and fall asleep:

Rooted in traditional Yoga Nidra, this gives your mind a gentle, steady counting task to anchor your focus right on the edge of conscious sleep.

  • Episode 1.4: Somatic Expansion

    If you’re a feeling and body-based processor:

Rooted in Qi Gong and Tibetan Dream Yoga, this skips visual imagery entirely and uses pure sensation to expand your field of awareness beyond your physical skin.

Phase 2: Stabilization

Getting to the edge is one thing; staying there without snapping awake is where the real practice begins. Phase 2 gives you practical tools to sit inside those threshold jolts without running or reacting.

  • Episode 2.1: The Frequency Shield

For sight and sound processors who loved The Phasing Mirror:

Once you start seeing or hearing the threshold, sudden room noises can flinch you right back awake. This exercise uses pure sound and vibrational resonance to build a harmonic barrier around your awareness so outside distractions stay outside.

  • Episode 2.2: The Emotional Anchor

For feeling processors who loved Somatic Expansion:

When your energy expands, it can trigger a sudden surge of excitement or physical jitters. This practice pairs body expansion with a simple physical touchpoint (thumb to forefinger), giving you an instant physical reset to ground and settle those feelings.

  • Episode 2.3: Energy Dynamo

For analytical thinkers who loved The Focus 10 Gateway:

An active mind loves a task. Instead of fighting your thoughts, this practice takes your structured focus and gives it a job, circulating mental energy currents so your awareness stays engaged while your body remains fast asleep.

  • Episode 2.4: The Silent Observer

For rhythmic minds who loved The Threshold Countdown:

Shifting from counting numbers to a neutral breath anchor, this session teaches you to watch threshold vibrations, buzzing, and shifts from a place of pure, unshakeable observation.

Phase 3: Separation

Phase 3 is where capability meets movement. Every practice in Phase 3 re-runs your full arrival and stabilization steps first, making sure your body is deeply asleep and stable before introducing targeted separation techniques.

  • Episode 3.1: The Ethereal Climb

For feeling processors who loved Somatic Expansion and The Emotional Anchor:

Rooted in Robert Bruce’s classic Rope Technique, this practice bypasses visual imaging entirely. It uses felt physical effort and tactile awareness to climb outward from the physical vessel.

  • Episode 3.2: The Vestibular Roll

For rhythmic minds who loved The Threshold Countdown and The Neutral Void:

Drawing on Sylvan Muldoon and Oliver Fox’s classic methods, this track engages your inner sense of balance and motion, using subtle rotational momentum to tilt or roll your awareness cleanly out of the physical body.

  • Episode 3.3: The Coordinate Phase

Description goes hereFor sight and sound processors who loved The Phasing Mirror and The Frequency Shield:

Rooted in William Buhlman and remote viewing lineages, this method uses focal target points and visual distance locks to shift your center of perception directly to a new location.

  • Episode 3.4: The Phase Shift

For analytical thinkers who loved The Focus 10 Gateway and The Energy Dynamo:

A frequency-anchored, structural approach that re-anchors your focus and systematically shifts your personal vibration out of phase with physical matter.

Phase 4: Navigation & Grounded Return

Crossing over is only half the journey. Phase 4 focuses on fine-tuning your focus once you are out, preventing emotional snap-back, navigating intentionally, and anchoring your experiences clearly into waking memory.

  • Episode 4.1: The Lens Sharpener

For visual processors who journeyed through The Phasing Mirror, Frequency Shield, and Coordinate Phase:

Inspired by Carlos Castaneda and modern lucid dreaming lineages, this exercise teaches you how to stabilize visual clarity and fine-tune your focus once you are out, preventing your surroundings from blurring, fading, or collapsing.

  • Episode 4.2: The Emotional Containment Loop

For feeling processors who journeyed through Somatic Expansion, Emotional Anchor, and Ethereal Climb:

Drawing on traditional esoteric lineages, this session trains you to manage emotional surges, heart spikes, or sudden excitement so you don't instantly snap back into your physical body mid-experience.

  • Episode 4.3: The Intent Horizon

For rhythmic and movement processors who journeyed through The Threshold Countdown, Neutral Void, and Vestibular Roll:

Based on Sylvan Muldoon’s classical astral body work, this session focuses on directional movement, teaching you how to propel yourself and navigate subtle environments using focused will and intention.

  • Episode 4.4: The Scribe's Return

For analytical thinkers who journeyed through The Focus 10 Gateway, Energy Dynamo, and Phase Shift:

Rooted in Tibetan Dream Yoga and modern memory-anchoring techniques, this re-entry practice builds a clear cognitive bridge between your subtle experience and long-term waking memory so details stay vivid and intact.

Phase 5: Destinations (Realms & Exploration)

Once you have built your foundation, Phase 5 is pure exploration. These sessions aren't about capability-building, they take everything you've mastered in Phases 1 through 4 and use it to take you on complete, guided immersions into specific non-physical landscapes.

Phase 6: Advanced Journeys

Once you’ve mastered your core doorway and explored the initial realms, Phase 6 steps into advanced territory. These sessions blend multiple perceptual styles and introduce specialized, high-level methods to help you navigate complex cosmic environments, non-linear time, and deep subtle planes.
