Welcome Woo Woo Seekers
Have you ever wondered if time is really as straightforward as we think? Or why certain experiences seem to happen at just the right moment? Maybe you've questioned whether the planets influence our lives or if there's a bigger picture behind the lessons we experience.
This November, we're continuing our journey through the realms by exploring some of life's bigger mysteries.
We'll begin with The Time Realm, we take you beyond the ticking clock to explore past lives, possible future timelines, and the fascinating idea that time may not be as linear as we've always believed. In The Solar & Planetary Realm, where we'll explore the cycles of the Sun, Moon, and planets, and how their movements have been connected to our lives throughout history.
Lastly in The Causal Realm, where we'll explore the idea of a soul blueprint, our higher selves, and whether there's a deeper purpose behind the experiences that shape who we become.
As we head into the season of Thanksgiving, it's a wonderful opportunity to reflect on where we've been, where we're going, and the experiences that have helped us grow along the way.
Thank you for continuing to explore, question, and discover with us. We're grateful to have you as part of our Woo Woo Seekers community!
Astrology Aspects
Astrology aspects are like conversations between the planets. Sometimes they whisper, sometimes they nudge, and sometimes they shout, all shaping the energy we feel in our daily lives. Understanding these aspects can help you work with the cosmic flow instead of against it, making the most of each day’s opportunities and challenges.
In this section, we’ll highlight key aspects for the days ahead, share what they might mean for you, and offer ways to navigate them with intention. Think of it as a friendly weather report for your soul, helping you know when to dance in the rain and when to bask in the sun.
November 9 — New Moon in Scorpio (1:02 AM CST)
The New Moon in Scorpio invites us to look beneath the surface and set intentions for meaningful change. Scorpio is associated with transformation, emotional depth, trust, and shared resources, making this a powerful time to examine our relationship with money, security, and personal power. Whether it's creating a budget, addressing financial obligations, releasing emotional baggage, or recognizing patterns that no longer serve us, this New Moon encourages us to be honest about what needs to change. With Mercury and Venus still retrograde, it's also an opportunity to revisit past choices and reconsider what truly matters before moving forward. Scorpio reminds us that lasting transformation begins with awareness and the willingness to release what we've outgrown.
Woo Woo Tip: Use this New Moon to create a fresh start in one area of your life. Review your finances, set a meaningful intention, or identify an emotional pattern you're ready to change. Remember, transformation doesn't have to happen overnight. Sometimes the most powerful beginning is simply deciding to do something different.
Journal Prompt: What am I ready to transform in my life, and what intentions can I set today to create greater emotional and financial security?
November 13 — Mercury Direct in Scorpio
Mercury stations direct in Scorpio, bringing a gradual return to clarity in communication, decision-making, travel, and technology. After weeks of revisiting conversations, questioning assumptions, and working through misunderstandings, we may begin to see situations from a clearer perspective. Scorpio encourages us to look beyond surface-level answers and recognize what has been revealed during the retrograde. Conversations that felt complicated may become easier to navigate, unresolved matters may begin moving forward, and decisions we've been reconsidering may start to make more sense. While Mercury's forward motion doesn't mean everything immediately falls into place, it offers an opportunity to take what we've learned and move ahead with greater awareness and confidence.
Woo Woo Tip: Revisit a conversation, decision, or plan that felt uncertain during Mercury retrograde. Rather than rushing forward, use what you've learned to communicate more clearly, make thoughtful choices, and address anything that still needs attention.
Journal Prompt: What has become clearer to me during Mercury retrograde, and how can I use that understanding to move forward with greater honesty, confidence, and intention?
November 14 — Venus Direct in Libra
Venus stations direct in Libra, shifting our attention from reflection to finding a new sense of balance in love, relationships, finances, and self-worth. After weeks of examining what we value, how we connect with others, and where we may have been giving too much or accepting too little, Venus encourages us to put those realizations into practice. Libra reminds us that healthy relationships are built on mutual respect, fairness, and the ability to give and receive. Financial matters that have felt uncertain may begin to gain momentum, while decisions involving love, money, and personal priorities may feel easier to navigate. This isn't necessarily about returning to the way things were but about moving forward with a better understanding of what brings harmony, stability, and genuine fulfillment into our lives.
Woo Woo Tip: Pay attention to where balance is returning to your life. Whether it's setting healthier boundaries, reconnecting with someone, or rethinking your spending habits, choose actions that reflect what you've discovered about your worth. Remember, harmony doesn't mean keeping everyone happy at the expense of yourself.
Journal Prompt: What have I learned about my worth, relationships, and financial priorities, and how can I use those lessons to create more balance and fulfillment moving forward?
November 22 — Sun Enters Sagittarius
The Sun enters Sagittarius, bringing a refreshing burst of optimism, adventure, and excitement as we shift from Scorpio's emotional depths into a season of exploration and possibility! Sagittarius is the free spirit of the zodiac, encouraging us to dream bigger, laugh louder, embrace new experiences, and rediscover our enthusiasm for life. Ruled by Jupiter, the planet of expansion, wisdom, and abundance, Sagittarius reminds us that growth often happens when we step outside our comfort zones. Whether it's planning a trip, learning something new, exploring different beliefs, or simply saying yes to an unexpected opportunity, this energy invites us to approach life with curiosity and an open mind. After weeks of looking inward, it's time to lift our eyes toward the horizon and remember that life is meant to be experienced, not just figured out!
Woo Woo Tip: Let your adventurous side take the lead! Try something you've never done, visit somewhere new, strike up a conversation with someone who sees the world differently, or say yes to a little spontaneity. Sagittarius reminds us that not every adventure requires a plane ticket. Sometimes the greatest discoveries happen when we break out of our everyday routines and follow our curiosity.
Journal Prompt: If I set aside my fears, limitations, and expectations, what exciting possibilities would I love to explore, and what is one adventurous step I can take toward experiencing more joy, freedom, and fulfillment in my life?
November 24 — Full Moon in Gemini (8:53 AM CST)
The Sun enters Sagittarius, bringing a refreshing burst of optimism, adventure, and excitement as we shift from Scorpio's emotional depths into a season of exploration and possibility! Sagittarius is the free spirit of the zodiac, encouraging us to dream bigger, laugh louder, embrace new experiences, and rediscover our enthusiasm for life. November 25 — Mars Enters Virgo
Mars enters Virgo, shifting our energy toward productivity, organization, and getting things done! Mars is the planet of action, motivation, and drive, while Virgo brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to everything it touches. Together, they encourage us to tackle unfinished projects, create healthier routines, and bring a little more order into our lives. With Thanksgiving just around the corner, this energy may have us making lists, organizing gatherings, and wanting every little detail to be just right. But Virgo's desire for perfection can sometimes turn helpful intentions into unnecessary stress, especially when holiday expectations run high. Remember, the perfect meal, spotless house, or carefully planned celebration isn't nearly as important as the people gathered around the table. Mars in Virgo reminds us that there is satisfaction in a job well done, but there's also wisdom in knowing when to put down the to-do list and simply enjoy the moment.
Woo Woo Tip: Put Virgo's organizing skills to good use, but don't let perfectionism steal your holiday joy! Delegate a task, let go of an expectation, or give yourself permission to enjoy something that didn't go exactly as planned. Sometimes the most memorable moments come from the things we never could have organized in the first place.
Journal Prompt: Where in my life am I putting too much pressure on myself to get everything just right, and how can I create a healthier balance between being productive, appreciating my efforts, and enjoying the present moment?
Tarot Tidbits
The Fool’s Journey – The Hanged Man
The Hanged Man invites us into a radical suspension of ordinary life, teaching us that true transformation often requires complete surrender, stillness, and a total inversion of how we view the world. Standing at a major turning point in the Major Arcana, this card serves as a powerful reminder that progress is not always achieved by pushing forward, striving, or forcing outcomes. Instead, it asks us to pause, release our grip on control, and willingly accept a period of waiting. By turning our perspective upside down, The Hanged Man reveals that what initially feels like an uncomfortable sacrifice, a frustrating delay, or a state of being "stuck" is actually a sacred incubation chamber—a deliberate pause designed to shift our consciousness and align us with a deeper truth.
The Hanged Man Reversed
Signals a period of intense resistance to surrender, where you are frantically trying to force movement, fix things prematurely, or escape a state of limbo that your soul actually requires. It manifests in two distinct ways: either as stubborn martyrdom, where you feel like you are endlessly sacrificing yourself for others without receiving anything in return, or as deep frustration and paralysis, where you refuse to see alternative perspectives and fight against a necessary pause. This reversal suggests that your energy is completely drained from kicking against the goads and trying to control timelines that are out of your hands. It is a gentle reminder that holding on too tightly to how you think things should be is the very thing keeping you stuck. It asks you to stop struggling against the current, examine where you are playing the victim, and find the courage to surrender your agenda so healing can take place.
Symbolism & Landscape
The card depicts a figure suspended upside down by one ankle from a living wooden T-cross (or tau cross), which symbolizes life, growth, and the enduring foundation of the material world. Unlike a dead gallows, the green leaves sprouting from the timber indicate that this period of suspension is fertile, alive, and spiritually productive.
The suspended figure hangs with an expression of serene detachment rather than anguish or pain, with his free leg crossed behind the other to form a symbolic '4'—representing stability, earthly manifestation, and the dissolution of the ego. Encircling his head is a luminous golden halo of divine light and enlightenment, illustrating that the wisdom of The Hanged Man is born directly from stillness, altered perception, and stepping outside of ordinary ego-driven consciousness.
The Hanged Man in Everyday Life
In Love: Upright, this card indicates a necessary pause or a period of emotional surrender within a relationship. It suggests that you or your partner need to step back, let go of old behavioral patterns, and view the dynamic from a completely different angle. It can also signify a temporary holding pattern where big decisions are put on hold while inner clarity develops. Reversed, it warns of martyrdom, feeling unappreciated, or staying in a stagnant situation out of obligation rather than genuine connection. It calls you to stop sacrificing your own well-being to keep the peace.
In Finances: Your relationship with money is asking for a change of perspective. Upright, it signals a time to pause active financial risks, review your spending habits, and let go of materialistic attachments or frantic striving. It is an invitation to reevaluate what truly has value in your life. Reversed, it points to financial stagnation caused by procrastination, feeling helpless about your budget, or stubbornly refusing to make necessary adjustments. It urges you to break old financial patterns and look at your resources with fresh eyes.
In Career: You may feel like your professional life is currently suspended in mid-air. Upright, it advises against forcing promotions, job searches, or major career leaps right now. Instead, use this waiting period to re-skill, rest, or reconsider your true vocation—sometimes a temporary delay is protecting you from rushing down the wrong path. Reversed, it highlights professional frustration, feeling stalled in a dead-end role, or wasting energy resisting a workplace change. It asks you to stop fighting the stillness and use the downtime to plan your next authentic move.
In Spiritual Growth: This card is a profound invitation to master the art of letting go and surrendering to divine timing. Upright, it encourages you to embrace introspection, meditation, and altered states of consciousness, allowing old paradigms to fall away so a higher awareness can take root. Reversed, it is a reminder that spiritual burnout often comes from refusing to rest and surrender. It calls you to drop your defenses, release the need to figure everything out logically, and trust the quiet wisdom that emerges in the silence.

Spotlight
Welcome to The Astral Travel Academy
Astral Academy: Stepping into Phase 3
In Phase 1, we learned how to reach the hypnagogic threshold. In Phase 2, we built the stamina to hold it through noise, flinches, and distraction. Now we step into Phase 3: Separation, where the steadiness you’ve built becomes the thing that carries you forward.
If Phase 2 was about staying put when something tries to pull you out, Phase 3 is about using that same calm to move. Every episode follows one path: reach the threshold with your Phase 1 doorway, steady yourself with your Phase 2 tool, then attempt separation with a new technique matched to how you process. Each practice walks through those earlier steps in full, so you can start with whichever doorway fits you, even if you haven’t done the earlier episodes.
Phase 3 also adds something new: four intentions, which you repeat silently or aloud before your body goes to sleep. They’re confirmed again at the moment each one is earned. And because separation rarely lands on the first try, every practice is built with a gentle reset and three honest attempts. A first try that doesn’t land is part of the practice. Plug in your headphones to get the full effect of the 4 Hz audio anchor.
Here is what is coming up in Phase 3:
Episode 3.1: The Ethereal Climb
Building on Episode 1.4 (Somatic Expansion) and Episode 2.2 (The Emotional Anchor), this practice is built for tactile, feeling-based seekers. Inspired by Robert Bruce’s rope technique, you reach for a rope in the space above you, take hold, and pull yourself free hand over hand, feeling each pull loosen your awareness from the physical body. Coming Nov. 8th.
Episode 3.2: The Vestibular Roll
Building on Episode 1.3 (The Threshold Countdown) and Episode 2.4 (The Neutral Void), this practice is for movement-oriented processors who think in rhythm and motion. Drawing on the work of Sylvan Muldoon and Oliver Fox, you rock your energy body like a pendulum, widening the arc with each pass until the momentum carries you free. Coming Nov. 15th.
Episode 3.3: The Coordinate Phase
Building on Episode 1.2 (The Phasing Mirror) and Episode 2.1 (The Frequency Shield), this practice is for highly visual seekers. Inspired by William Buhlman and remote viewing traditions, you choose an object across the room, hold it in precise detail behind closed eyes, and let your awareness shift directly to it. Choose your object before you begin. Coming Nov. 22nd.
Episode 3.4: The Phase Shift
Building on Episode 1.1 (The Focus 10 Gateway) and Episode 2.3 (The Energy Dynamo), this practice is built for analytical thinkers who prefer a clear procedure. You use the current you’ve built to turn a mental dial, slowly separating the frequency of your energy body from your physical body until the two no longer overlap. Coming Nov. 29th.
Come find your doorway.
