While we do our absolute best to ensure prompt delivery, transit times can occasionally be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections beyond our control. Thank you for your order! Every item in our shop is custom-printed especially for you as soon as your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, fulfillment and delivery take a little longer than standard mass-market retail, but it ensures zero waste and a unique piece delivered right to your door.

Processing & Production Time

Before your item ships, it goes through our printing and quality check process:

• Production Time: Please allow 2 to 7 business days for your item to be printed and prepared for shipment.

• During peak holiday seasons or special collection launches, production may occasionally take an extra day or two.

Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your item has been crafted, it ships out directly from our fulfillment partner. Estimated transit times depend on your location:

• United States: Typically 3 to 7 business days after production.
